Orange-Watercress Wave
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup packed upland-cress
1 cup packed baby kale
6 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup diced avocado or cooked edamame
1/3 cup orange juice
Directions
In blender, combine all ingredients. Puree 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving
